OSKW is about sharing knowledge and here is the tip of the day:

Its annoying to dial 9 then the number of the person you're trying to
call, specially in mobile phones, since you already have most contacts
saved. And all what you want to do is go to the saved contact number and
dial by using internet call.

To do that we use the following Dial patterns in outbound routes:

+965|[2569]XXXXXXX
18XXXXX
1XX
[2569]XXXXXXX

In the first rule we need to strip the prefix "+965" by using |
other rules are straight forward to cover Kuwaiti numbers.

Enjoy calling your contacts without dialing 9.
