[General] Data recovery companies in Kuwait ?

tha board was burned, i found another matching disk and replaced the 
board, it spins now but with noise and neither BOIS or any OS can detect it.

Yes i know Anwar alkandari's shop but last time i heard he charges an 
arm and a leg for such cases :D
