How about contributing to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arabish ?

There is some good information, but it needs some rephrasing into a 
better way of explaining Arabish. And how it started. And if there is 
some good articles online about it. Or famous websites that uses Arabish.

If we don't do it, no one will.

PS: If you contribute, respond to the email so we monitor how much we 
have contributed to it for future reference.
