inconvenience you are experiencing with respect to the current delay 
that you are experiencing. Unfortunately, the delay is due to a fiber 
cut. We have been informed by our provider that a fiber cut has been 
identified within FOG, location still unknown.

Time of Service Disruption: 12-Feb-09 at 06:00am
ETR for this outage: No restoration time has been estimated, once we 
receive additional information we will update you.
