While everybody keeps talking about PayPal, I am still trying to figure out
what's so great about them. I mean they would be great if they did what they
are supposed to do. I have had couple of customer support requests not
addressed properly in the past, but again gave them a chance. It went
through, I paid $10. Next time it said your card exceeded limit or so, and
you can't use it again. Use another card. I contacted them for
clarification, the guy explain that because of how heavily they try to fight
fraud and overused cards, such things happen at times.
OK so now what? Aren't you gonna fix it? He didn't reply to my second email,
and after few days, I got customer care satisfactory LONG survey request.
They do that everytime you contact them for support. I went through ALL OF
IT, explaining why I am not satisfied. Again, they just ignored me! SO why
they hell did you ask for my opinion? They simply want me to get a new
credit card everytime they block one of mine!
Doesn't make sense. Has anybody been so unfortunate with them?
