Yeah, they did the same with me.

I tried to pay something which was about $200, and they requested a
copy of driving license and VISA statement, and I just opted to find
another site that sells the goods and accept VISA.

After paypal added Kuwait, things have become easier when it came to
ordering, but sometimes the currency charge is just too much :/

The funny thing is that, after I read your message, I found out that I
got their message as well! heh
