thanks faisal and bashar for your help
faisel fdserver told me we don’t support software blah balh,
if you need help contact our sale department blah.
seems they want more money :)
but I agree with you in problem with server itself they are very
fast in response .
anyhow I fixed the problem. it was the registrar problem
I assigned another domain q8gallery.org whichs registered
from active domain and it works after like an hour don’t
know why It took that long but anyway its working now :)

In like 2 months back FDC started using IP6 and they
gave a lot of customers some IPv6 blocks. Maybe it has
something to do with this IP problem?
Another cause might be that your IP is already been
assigned to another NameServer, try changing your IP
maybe it can help.
I would seek FDC support also, its a golden one. ;)
