You convince me - AT THE END - to use Linux

BUT,

 

I already develop most of my application in VB, PowerBuilder.

 

Now,

 

How can I shift or re-develop these applications to be GLOBAL
application?

Is there is any development tools should I use for creating standalone
or web application?

 

Please advice with examples.
