[General] Wardriving Kuwait

If anyone would like to contribute, simply download a program called
Wardrive from the android market and after you've accumulated enough
APs (50+), export the data and email the wardrive.kml file to me.

I haven't had enough people contributing so I didn't bother creating
an upload form and a script to do the parsing.
