[General] IE8 is now the world's top browser, says NetApps, as XP falls

Bashar, maybe we should fund China to cripple all Kuwaiti XP machines
to its knees or fry them altogether to force the morons to switch to a
better browser, which will force the morons to tell the other paid
morons to write web applications that actually work, for a change, on
browsers other than the dreaded IE.
