Jarir sells laptops with Fedora on them as well. All in all, you don't  
need to buy a laptop 'with Linux'; just buy a laptop with DOS (called  
'FreeDOS') and install Linux on it manually.

Not only is this easier (and cheaper), but you'll also learn a lot as  
installation is one of the major things you learn in Linux.
