[General] Best Hard drive recovery utility?

Thanks Majed, im looking for a utility that can self boot from a CD
and can move the partition to any media like another HDD or any
removable media.

1) use dd to make an image of the disk
2) use programs on the image, not the original disk
3) foremost and magicrescue are good, but they don't fetch the file
name from the MFT.
