Alright, according to interested members response, I guess the best date
for OSKW Con meeting is the following:

Date: Tue Oct 27, 7:30 PM - 10:00PM

I would suggest the following agenda for the meeting:
- General discussion of OSKW Con
- Form an organizing committee
- Suggestions
- Assign tasks to OSKW Con organizing committee members
- Set date for the next meeting (preferably on regular basis)
