I'd love to pitch in, though my time in the up coming period might be a bit
tight.

I suggest you charge companies a very small fee for entrance and keep it
open for individuals. The fee is 10-20 KD only. It should help in covering
at least 20% of the costs of the event.

I know that many doctors in colleges will be interested. I can spread the
word in engineering & science faculties.
I also have connections with people in NBK & Zain who can promote the idea
and invite top managers.
