[General] Word of advice to Linux users

Don't upgrade your kernels to 2.6.30 nor 2.6.31. If you have a pre-2.6.30
kernel, keep it until 2.6.32 is released for your distro.

2.6.30 & 31 have witnessed severe filesystem performance drops and it's been
all over the linux-raid mailing list.

You've been warned.
