I've tested the PBX with SIP provider for international calls. That can
be done by adding a SIP trunk with the credentials provided by the SIP
provider, then adding outbound route "international" with the following
dial pattern:
00.
in Trunk Sequence you choose the SIP trunk you've added earlier.
Thats it, now all the calls starting with 00 will be routed via the SIP
provider.
