I'm looking at the weather in Kuwait over the years from 1980 and
beyond... it seems that summer had its peak in July and moving to end
of August.

Yes, I tried putting 2013, unfortunately it doesn't do weather
forecast simulation on demand :p

If you get an error that it has exceeded its test capacity, just
change the webserver number in the URL ;)
