[General] Office2007 SP2 supports ODF

More to the point, you are assuming everyone is using a LICENSED COPY
of Office 2007, as the SP doesn't install on pirated keys.

So, the percentage of people that can take advantage of this is even
smaller than you think, especially in Kuwait.
