[General] Office2007 SP2 supports ODF

I've been using DEV builds of OOo 3.1 and it's really nice.
Get it here: http://download.openoffice.org/next/

I no more follow up on interface localization and seems like I'm gonna let go and maybe focus on Arabic and BIDI support more.
