[General] Dia a drawing program (Visio replacement)

The whole open-source module goes on the base of giving the source &
programs for free and sell support programs.
Programs that don't/can't have a support contract, release plugins or
services that your purchase/rent.
Untangle (www.untangle.com) has an open-source & free solution, but
offers enterprise support and extra features for money.
