Actually, I was more concerned about some insider abusing his rights. For
instance, once a very unprofessional Egyptian guy from Google Saudi Arabia
called me asking me to move my Adwords account to Saudi Arabia billing
system, saying this way he can officially manage my account and dedicate
people from UK to help me run it. He got my phone number and called me
straight from my Google account info. Not a single Google employee ever did,
and he did it with this claim of helping me, saying Google doesn't have
presence in Kuwait. He even explicitly suggested I use a fake SA address
just for the sake of it.
What happened two weeks later? Google.com.kw launched! Clearly he was taking
Kuwaiti phone numbers trying to make them his customer. This is one slight
example of individual abusing.
