[General] VoIP For Home Usage

Like i said before, Asterisk 1.6.x (Trixbox 2.8) has a lot of features, the SMS message i never had it before, could it come from a free sms gateway from Fonality once you registered your Trixbox?

How good is the voice quality on the E71? can you tell which codec you used? hopefully its G729 and not G711.

I'm using Trixbox 2.8, haven't tried 2.6 to be able to compare the two
versions. One cool feature, is when I get calls and the mobile is not
connected to the PBX, a voice mail is recorded and once I connect to the
PBX.. guess what? I get an SMS in my messages inbox from the PBX telling
me you have 4 unread voice mails dial *97 to listen to your voice mails!
