[General] Int'l phone call cafes to be licensed soon (VOIP)

Wow, I've never read such an article where only the first paragraph is
informative and the rest is pure spam & PR!!!

So, calling cards are gonna have the same old tariff but calling
centers have the "VoIP Discount" ?!?! Unless it's as previously
mentioned that it's going to allow companies to offer such cards.
Business SIP accounts is a great idea!

If telecoms (Zain, Wataniya, Viva) don't provide it, they'll be losing
a lot of big bucks! :D
