[General] Fully Arabic Android Phone @ Xcite

I don't remember where I read it. Android 2.0 update was scheduled in
Dec 2009 got delayed because of the 2.1 release and HTC decided to skip
2.0 and jump directly to Android 2.1. I've also read that Sprint is
planning to push the updates of Android 2.1 to HTC Hero on Jan 2010.
