[General] Fully Arabic Android Phone @ Xcite

Don't get disheartened - there were separate options to change the keyboard and others to change the complete UI language.

That was the first thing I checked. I'm trying to find the ROM for that device so I can port it to the Hero and see what's what; but so far coming up empty.
