I had a Wataniya phone number back in early 2000 then changed to Zain.
During the time I was using Wataniya, I had full reports and they were
quite useful because I'd mass-SMS my friends and then see who won't be
able to make it to the event from the reports (reported pending).

I talked to a couple of engineers and managers at Zain about this
(Back when it was MTC) and they said it costs a lot (hardware +
traffic/bandwidth)... LAME EXCUSE!
