[General] Good and torrent-friendly ISP

What I know is:
- That United Networks have a "light" subscription is very p2p unfriendly
- QNet *just* deployed p2p caches for caching torrents

Regardless of which ISP you choose, just make sure you change the
default tracker listening ports in your client to something above
10000 and below 65000.
