Well that stinks. Guess what? The problem I'm having is a confirmed bug that
hasn't been committed to the code yet, even though someone already submitted
a working and confirmed patch for it.

As of this writing, the latest version is 1.6.2 and the bug is still
standing.

I'm going back to Asterisk 1.4.

If you have compiled your own asterisk, you can go there and apply tzafrir's
patch to 1.6.1/2 or jkroon's patch to 1.6.0.x.

This bug is confirmed for all cards loading the wctdm24xxp driver.
