[General] Power blink in kuwait?

I was in the middle of a VoIP phone with my wife when this happened minutes ago, i got sms from her telling me power went off briefly.

Salaam all,
Power just blinked in jabriya and mz internet went down, tried to call qualiytnet the IVR said due the high number of callers we're unable to take your call.

Any other ISPs been effected or its just qnet?

Anyone else felt the blink?
