[General] VoIP For Home Usage

I tried it again an hour ago and didn't like it.
The addons and modules I'm used to aren't there and even though the
installation process was fairly click-click-next-next, it gave no
information on what the default user & password were, so I had search around
to find them (it wasn't available in their support/help pages nor their
quick-start guide!!!).
They use RPMs to update, so you'd still be vulnerable should an exploit
surface.
I don't know about AsteriskNow, but PBXiaF offers cool additional scripts on
their website:
http://pbxinaflash.org/piafscripts/Asterisk+1.6
http://bestof.nerdvittles.com/scripts/
I also don't know if these scripts work with AsteriskNow or not, and frankly
I'm not gonna bother any more with it.
As of now, I'm writing a HOWTO on installing PBXiaF because I wasn't
satisfied with the guides I found online.
