[General] VoIP For Home Usage

Alright. I'm now able to communicate with the PBX again. Seems like
Ekiga decided to not work all of a sudden, so I removed it and
installed "Twinkle" instead. http://www.twinklephone.com/  (free &
open source).

The codec stinks. g711.. Gonna change it now & see if quality gets better.
