[General] صدور أوبنتو 9.04 بيتا - Ubuntu 9.04 Beta Released

I would rather have a fresh install to take advantage of the new
filesystem ext4 features and get the optimal performance.

Note: ext4 is not enabled by default, it has to be selected during
installation.
