I have used Untangle at work and is currently deployed at a subsidiary
company of 120 employees.

Lot's of features, easy integration and administration, easy backup &
restore solutions and all is for free. They do offer commercial
packages, for those who need more than what the free package offers.

I picked cheap hardware for a PC, and the overall utilization is about
15% tops! Meaning the 110KD machine I assembled can easily handle 300
employees with all features turned on!!!
