IMO migration to linux should be done on stages like how we did it at
KuwaitNET
First migrate to opensource softwares on windows keep using them for
certain period then go to linux as desktops
since most office users don't use much of applications that can't work
on linux
IE -> firefox
Outlook -> thunderbird
MS-office -> OpenOffice
etc..
