[General] Nokia Phones as a SIP Video Client

I asked a friend who owns a SIP phone (N95), and tried the SIP part of
it but not the video part. He's not sure if the video part works over
SIP.

I came through this blog article which happens to mention multiple SIP
clients and recommends one. Might worth looking at:
