[General] Nokia Phones as a SIP Video Client

I think you will need H323 protocol for video for better performance, all i managed to test with Asterisk is Nokia N73 with Fring client (http://www.fring.com) with voice only.

If im not mistaken there is a module to hook security cameras for Asterisk, maybe this will help if you skim Asterisk forums.
