I forgot to mention. Last time I upgraded from 7.04 to 8.04, and it
was a crappy upgrade!

After redownloading corrupt packages, the new version couldn't
configure the gfx card (ATI -- fglrx driver) properly and I had no 3D
acceleration... Let's say, that scrolling 3 pages felt like years
passing by...

I had to go through many MANY blogs and forums, to finally find some
solution. It was an extra package on the system...
