I've been using e-Go on Kubuntu 8.04 for a while now, and I use it in
CLI mode only with "wvdial"

Who needs a GUI when CLI is available? ;)

I've been wanting to post my experience with installing the e-Go
software & drivers (vodafone mobile connect card), but I'm having some
annoying issue with the SIM card's PIN code... as soon as I resolve
that, I'll post on my blog.
