[General] Sun to buy MySQL for $1 billion

Well, it's true, I've seen quite a few places in Kuwait that refuse to
go with anything open-source because there're no big companies behind
them, or because they have no representation in Kuwait.

Now that Sun has MySQL, they can offer support plans through Al-Diyar,
in Kuwait.

There's one company that I know of their usage of open-source
software: Al-Shaye3
They got fed up of paying expensive fees for their ever-growing
user-base, and are migrating (or have migrated) from MS Exchange to
postfix or Zimbra... (Not sure which, but mostly postfix).
That's a great initiative from the IT management, but that also means
they have they're own Linux gurus there ;)
