[General] FastTelco Cache Servers Go Bad

As sexy as that sounds, I wouldn't trust my data on a US-based server.

As for what happened (and still happening) at FT, those using SSL
aren't affected, since encrypted pages are not cached.

Faisal: Do you use your squid for web-traffic only? Or for everything
(including downloads)? -- Just wondering how much bandwidth you
consume & pay for monthly.
