[General] Galary2 and streaming video.

FFMPEG is not a streaming solution; its a library for video conversion. 
There is a project called ffserver which is for streaming, but I am sure 
this is not how gallery is using ffmpeg.

The cheapest way is to convert to FLV and use that with a flash video 
player (there are tons of free ones).
