[General] Galary2 and streaming video.

In order to stream it, you need a streaming server; otherwise what will 
happen is that the browser will download the file in its cache, then 
launch it inside the browser using the plugin for the mime type (this is 
what is currently happening with your site).

On my machine, it takes a long time -- but eventually it plays in the 
browser and does not ask for the file to be downloaded; however it is by 
no means streaming. It is caching the entire file locally and then 
playing it.

If on your machine it is asking to download the file, you don't have the 
quicktime plugin installed -- or if you choose to use VLC, you don't 
have the mozilla vlc plugin installed.
