FALCON said that they lifted a stray anchor from the cable that was cut
between UAE and Oman.
For the cut between Qatar and UAE, they said it was not a cable cut, but
rather a power disruption issue that caused the downtime.
For the cut in the Med, they are not saying definitively; but it seems
that it was not terrorism or other conspiracy theory-type things, maybe
sharks having a bit of fun? :)
