[General] Lenovo's New Laptops - Interesting Tech

10/100 Mbit Ethernet ONLY??? I have a 2-year old IBM laptop T43 that has a
Gbit Ethernet port :/
The software wouldn't mater much, as I'd either put Linux only on it, or put
both Linux & XP, instead of the dreaded Vista.

The 4-hour battery is a great feature, though. Also, the wireless card
supports a/b/g/n-draft modes. (N is still a draft = it's not finalized and
there is a possibility that it won't play well with future finalized N
hardware -- maybe possible through a firmware upgrade).
