[General] Internet Slowdown

Many posts on Slashdot already mentioned the possibility that this was
intentional, especially when the 3rd cable was 56km away from the first 2!

One of the comments even shows a relation between 2 news articles, one of
them about UK wanting to spy on such cables/communication.
