[General] Undersea Cables Cut (Again)

Last time UAE claimed that ships have anchored near Alexandria in
places that they were not allowed to anchor at. Of course Egypt denied
that any of that happened (Which I'm tending to believe).
Add to that, the cables are not even that close to each other so it's
highly unlikely that 3 different ships anchored on top of these STURDY
cables by accident!!

Now let's assume this is deliberate, the number of parties benefiting
from this are many! From cable companies themselves (to force ISPs
into keep paying maintenance fees), to industrial espionage or a
terrorist activity (China vs. EU & USA -- separating Asia from them).
