[General] www.google.com finally we have our own

There is a link at the bottom, when you click on it, it will convert you 
to the English version; and I assume by setting a cookie.

By the way, if that wasn't frustrating enough -- the default firefox 
start page is also redirected to google.com.kw making that appear in 
Arabic as well.
