Regarding hooking 2 squid servers together, if you're accessing the
squid as a gateway (in Kuwait) and that squid is talking to the squid
offshore, then I guess you're simply routing between the two networks
and squid is just handling the HTTP traffic, while HTTPS goes through
the second network over the VPN.

If you have the details/guide for hooking these two, kindly share the link.
