[General] [OT] - Fake Degree Holders Caught and Blacklisted

The FBI led an investigation into so called 'diploma mills' that will 
print a degree for a fee. On the list of those caught with the degrees, 
there are 180 Gulf Arabs (most of which have been blacklisted).
