I second Bashar. Your account must have its country assigned as
Kuwait, otherwise, it will be a big hassle to change the country
(requires you to send them your driving license and VISA statement).
It's easier to close the account and open another with the correct
country.

I haven't had any problems with the account since I started using it a
year or more back.
